Unfortunatley this is impossible. (unless you edit EXE, but...  )
Maybe it is possible to have additional programm, which would simply "capture" data and transmit it over other ports? I don't know if this is possible :/ |

| hey ho gangsters,
i wanna play GTA2 online, but i've a router (Fritz!Box) and 2 PC's. And I can only for on one of the 2 PC's the Ports. So I can play just with one PC, cos the Fritz!Box says the entry is already filled in when I try to type the ports for the other PC again. So what to do? Can I edit the Ports of GTA2 anywhere? In the regedit mybe? Hamachi doesn't worked, too. The game crashed. 
But we wanne play...
