Great news, GTA4 for the PC will have record options for the last 60 or 30 seconds and can be edited with software from GTA that makes it possible to look around the action in 10 - 25 meter. So you could see your action moves from all corners and edit them (speed, angle) and save them in video format.

I think the game is awesome, the cars, the sound, the story, the effects, the light, but it's a bit laggy even on my high speed pc (hd4870, e8400, 4GB mem), which s*cks... Smile

I hope their will be a patch to fix it.

huh multiplayer still doesn't work for poland, aww! I've got some garphic, light problems. Cuban I've got really similar pc to you and it doesn't laggy even I've got max details.

I got Vista 64bit and a 22" wide tft screen and I need to run all settings on low or medium.

Patch Is On The Way
We are working on making a patch available in the next few days. Since Grand Theft Auto IV is a Games For Windows Live game the patch must be certified by Microsoft before release. The patch is already at Microsoft and we expect a speedy approval.
The patch contains a variety of fixes including:

-A fix to the crash after legal screen that some German customers were reporting.
-Numerous improvements to the video editor: Smarter naming of videos, improved rendering quality, better fx during replays
-Fix to bowling while using certain sensitive mice
-Fix for ATI 1900 shadows
-Overall savings to memory
-Graphic improvements to particle systems and mirrors
-Multiplayer character settings are preserved
-Support for DirectInput controllers. Note: The current hack way of supporting these controllers may not work with the improved functionality. So we recommend you remove the hack before upgrading to the patch.

Patch and driver update did nothing. The game still runs like crap, but for everything else, it's amazing.

You know guys what I like in GTA 4? I like storyline, cars (oMg did u see that?), bikes, textures, perfectly copyed New York City, characters, physics and a lot of other shit like strip clubs, shows, bowling etc. I think this game is really fckn good! I've got Sapphire Radeon HD 4870 and 19" and I use 1280:1024 with good configured graphics. What I don't like in GTA 4? I don't like washed-out shadows and lights Smile

I'm 'Liberty Poncho' on Live. But multiplayer is even more laggy for me...

I'm not registred online - i fuck up it and i'll play only single in GTA4.

There is a nice Car Spawner for GTA IV (PC). The Sultan RS for example is a very nice car.
