System Problem...

I greet. Problem beguile some, when message acts start up show me " system & ( GH Error H8007007E - 2147024770 )". What has not been recovered it make some (certain) there " Hmmm? Had anybody? It acts me Hamachi, but what for me how plays nobody on it? Can anybody help me?
I am new user on gtatwo.
I have a MS Windows XP Service Pack 1.
