Tow truck - nope
Dementia limo - yes, complete one mission for LOONIES in which you steal that limo. After that it will be present on roads
Civil gang cars - no, although when youc put them on trailer they lose their logo.

I think you could hack the game and make the tow truck,dementia civi version and the dementia civi version spawn in a certain district.

Ok I just registered.Since I don't know how to get into the gta2 files and go into the file which lists all the cars and what districts they spawn in,can some one please hack gta2 and put the directions on how to hack the dementia civi car,bulwark civi car and the tow truck here.
